Day 8 Update
I haven't posted the writing from today, as it was only a few hundred again. I'll incorporate it into the next batch.
RSI was a problem again, that's my excuse. Not gaming. Honest.

maybe a word recognition programme would help with the RSI. If you set them up right they can be good. But they take a bit of practice to use.

Thanks for the idea, Collette.
I tried the one built into XP and wasn't impressed as it was completly useless.
As much as I am enjoying NaNoWriMo, I can't justify the expense of buying such software.
I'll keep with the ibuprofen and homeopathic remedy, along with taking breaks etc.
